2016 Benny Gillespie

Congratulations to John Meencha on winning the Benny Gillespie darts tournament in what was a great day’s darts. Right from the off the standard was very high with too many 180's to count and on top of that we had an 11 darter from Dermot McGuire. We also had a great turn-out of young tallented players which is great to see. Young Ryan Mc Brearty made it to the quarter final stage where he just missed a dart at bull for a 167 finish. No doubt we will see some of the younger lads lifting the cup in the next few years. We would like to thank all 36 who took part and those that marked boards and help organise in any way.
