Bridge Bar 3 Glenhead 5
Glenhead won the B cup for the first time in eleven years following a close battle with The Bridge Bar in Kilcar House on Friday night last, they went 3-0 up after the doubles Gabriel Boyle/Colin McNelis bt Noel and Paul McNern 2-0 the second doubles match was one that got away for the Bridge Bar as Stephen Muirhead/Johny Byrne missed twelve darts at doubles to level the match Jason Cunnea (Ryan McNern was his doubles partner) finished 78 to win it for Glenhead. Hugh Doherty and Kenneth Byrne bt John McHugh and Francis Curran 2-1 in the last doubles.
The Bridge Bar then made a dramatic comeback winning the first three singles matches to make it 3-3. Johny Byrne bt Jason Cunnea 3-1, Stephen Muirhead bt Colin McNelis 3-2 in a great match and Paul McNern bt Hugh Doherty 3-2 in another good game of darts. Barry Carr put Glenhead 4-3 up following a 3-1 win against Francis Curran and it was Ryan McNern who won it for the Cashel lads with a 3-0 victory over Noel McNern the second leg was finished on the bull, well done to both side for giving us a great night of darts.

Roartys v Kilcar House and Presentations Night in Bridge Bar @ 10pm
Roartys play Kilcar House in the Shield final, they are going for four in a row shield titles while it’s 2005 since Kilcar House won the shield, these two sides drew 5-5 a few weeks ago so it should be another close game, the 2014 presentations will follow the match all welcome.
